The program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your schedule. On average, you’ll need about 2-3 hours per week to complete the lessons, journaling prompts, and reflection exercises. If you’re in the 1-on-1 or group coaching option, weekly sessions are approximately 90 minutes.

 

The program includes:
