Each module includes grounding techniques and self-care practices to help you manage any difficult emotions that may arise. Remember, you’re in control – you can pause or take breaks whenever you need to. If you find yourself overwhelmed, we encourage you to reach out for support via the provided email assistance.

On average, participants spend about 2-3 hours per week engaging with the materials, including watching videos, completing exercises, and practicing techniques.
