What happened to me? It's the question underneath almost everything else, even when what actually comes out of your mouth is "I need to trust myself again," or something close to it.
You still go to work, still take care of the people you love, still do everything you're supposed to do, and somewhere underneath all of it, something feels different in a way that's hard to name.
If that question has been sitting with you, I want you to know you're not the only one who's carried it, and you're not the only one still looking for the answer.

I know what it's like to go through life day-in-and-day-out, as if on autopilot. Wake up, go to work, come home, try to be present. Rinse and repeat.
Along the way, I lost touch with myself.
I'm a Master Life and Somatic Identity Coach. Author, Meditation Guide, and I created the 90-Day Reset from what I learned taking a deep dive into my own story.
Your Purpose-Driven Life was founded out of a calling - it is my divine mission to help others rebuild. it was I built it by investigating my own life until it finally made sense. For years, I thought life was working against me, that I was destined for nothing... Until I realized that the relationship I was having with myself had deteriorated due to living with other peoples' insecurities and beliefs instead of my own.
Today, I help people do the same work I had to do: figure out what happened to the relationship they have with themselves and rebuild it with intention.
A lot of people chase self-trust, confidence, and a clearer sense of who they are. I did too, for years. What I eventually found is that all three sit downstream of something else: the relationship you have with yourself.
That relationship is learned, the same way you picked up your sense of humor or the way you handle conflict, through years of absorbing how other people saw you, responded to you, and defined you, until you couldn't always tell their voice from yours.
Every major struggle I've worked through in my own life, and every struggle I've sat with in a client's life, traces back to that same fracture in the relationship someone has with themselves.
The relationship you have with yourself is learned. And if it was learned, it can be questioned. If it can be questioned, it can be changed. If it can be changed, it can be rebuilt.
The 90-Day Reset begins with making sense of what happened, because you can't rebuild a relationship you don't understand yet. From there, we move through four stages over twelve weeks.
We start with the question underneath everything: what happened? Together we investigate how the fracture began, the events, patterns, and people that taught you to see yourself the way you do now.
Who gets to define you? You stop outsourcing that definition to everyone else's opinions and start reclaiming authorship of your own identity.
You begin making decisions and living your days from the restored relationship, instead of the fractured one.
You learn to protect that relationship going forward, so the next hard season doesn't undo the work. Real tools, conversations, and steady support run through all four stages, one step at a time.

When your relationship with yourself improves, you take better care of your mind, body, and emotional well-being. You make choices from self-respect instead of self-neglect.

Every relationship in your life reflects the relationship you have with yourself. As you rebuild that foundation, communication improves, boundaries become healthier, and your connections become more authentic.

When you trust yourself, you stop playing small. You make decisions with greater confidence, pursue opportunities that align with your values, and create a life that feels both meaningful and rewarding.
Healing doesn't only happen during coaching sessions.
That's why I've built a growing library of articles, guided meditations, journal prompts, and other resources to support you wherever you are.
Whether you're looking for encouragement, a new perspective, or something practical to try today, you'll find it here.
You don't need a dramatic before and after story to start this work. Some people come after a divorce, a loss, a burnout, or a diagnosis. Others come because they can't point to one specific event, they just know that decisions feel heavier than they used to, that they're second guessing themselves more, and that they're looking outside themselves for answers that used to come naturally. If any of that sounds familiar, it's worth a conversation.
We meet weekly over Zoom, and you'll have WhatsApp access between sessions, up to twice a week, so support isn't limited to our scheduled calls. Most of the real shifts happen in the ordinary moments between sessions, not just during them, which is why that access matters.
No. This is coaching, not clinical treatment. Therapy tends to work with diagnosis and the past within a clinical framework. Coaching works with where you are now and where you're headed, using a structured process to help you understand what happened to your relationship with yourself and rebuild it with intention. If it becomes clear you need clinical support alongside this work, we'll talk about that openly, and plenty of clients do both at the same time.
Most coaching starts with the assumption that you need better tools, more confidence, or a plan. This one starts earlier than that, with the question of what actually happened to the relationship you have with yourself in the first place. The tools come later, once that becomes clear, because rebuilding something you don't yet understand rarely holds.
It's a complimentary conversation, not a sales pitch and not a commitment. We'll talk about where you are right now, what's been happening, and I'll ask a few questions to understand your situation. By the end, you'll know whether the 90-Day Reset feels like the right next step, and there's no pressure either way.
Reaching out doesn't mean you've committed to coaching. It simply means you're ready to stop trying to answer that question alone.
A complimentary conversation gives us the chance to talk about where you are, what happened, and whether the 90-Day Reset is the right next step for you.
I'd be honored to hear your story.
