    What actually happens on a clarity call?

    We spend around twenty minutes talking about where you are, what feels off, and what you want to feel instead. I will ask a few direct questions and offer reflections. Together we decide if this work is a fit and what a next step could look like.

    Do we need to be in the same country or time zone?

    No. Sessions are held online, usually via Zoom. I work with clients in many different time zones and we will find a time that works.

    Is this therapy? Do I need to be spiritual to do this work?

    This is guidance and coaching, not therapy. We may touch the past, but the focus is your life now and what you want next. You do not need to subscribe to any belief system to benefit. Your experience and language are welcome.

    What if I feel like I am too much or not enough?

    This is common for sensitive people. Our space is designed to be a place where you do not have to perform. You can show up thoughtful, emotional, quiet, or messy. Part of the work is letting your real self be in the room.
