The 90-Day Reset begins with a simple question:
What happened to the relationship you have with yourself?
Because until you understand that, it's difficult to understand why so much else has changed.
Heartbreak, divorce, burnout, job loss, and the other changes life hands us without asking. They don't just rearrange your circumstances. Often, they change how you see yourself.
The 90-Day Reset helps you understand what those changes did to your relationship with yourself and gives you a structured way to rebuild it.
Every one of us has a relationship with ourselves.
It's there from the beginning of our lives, quietly influencing how we think, how we make decisions, how we respond to disappointment, and how we move through the world. It shapes the way we speak to ourselves after we've made a mistake, the expectations we place on ourselves, and whether we trust our own judgment or constantly look outside ourselves for reassurance.
Like any relationship, it can become stronger over time. It can also become strained. It can be shaped by encouragement, honesty, compassion, and trust. It can also be shaped by criticism, rejection, loss, unhealthy relationships, and years of trying to become who we thought we needed to be in order to be accepted.
Yet, despite how deeply it influences our lives, we rarely think about it as a relationship at all.
Instead, we tend to focus on the symptoms. We talk about confidence, self-worth, identity, purpose, or resilience as though they're separate challenges to overcome. Over the years, I've come to question whether they are separate at all. I believe they often reflect something more fundamental: the relationship we have with ourselves.
If every relationship can be strengthened or damaged, why would the relationship we have with ourselves be any different?
No one is born believing they're not enough.
No one enters the world convinced their voice doesn't matter or that they should ignore their own instincts. Those are not truths we arrive with. They are ways of relating to ourselves that are learned over time.
We begin to see ourselves through the eyes of the people and experiences that have shaped us.
Long before we're old enough to question what we're hearing, we're already learning. We learn what is expected of us. We learn which parts of ourselves are accepted and which are rejected. We learn what earns approval, what invites criticism, and what it takes to belong. Over time, we begin to see ourselves through the eyes of the people and experiences that have shaped us.
Eventually, those borrowed perceptions become familiar. The criticism becomes our inner critic. The expectations become our own. The doubts we once heard from others begin to sound like our own voice. We rarely stop to ask where those beliefs came from because we've lived with them for so long that they feel like the truth.
This is one of the reasons so many people feel disconnected from themselves. They aren't responding to who they are. They're responding to a relationship that has been shaped over years of borrowed perceptions, painful experiences, and expectations they never consciously chose.
That is the foundation of the 90-Day Reset.
For the past several years, I've been asking a simple question.
If the relationship we have with ourselves can become fractured over time, what would it take to rebuild it?
That question led me to look closely at my own life, the lives of my clients, and the patterns that seemed to emerge again and again. Although every story was different, the underlying struggle often wasn't. People weren't simply lacking confidence or searching for purpose. Many had gradually lost the ability to trust themselves because the relationship they had with themselves had been shaped by years of borrowed perceptions, painful experiences, and expectations that were never truly their own.
The 90-Day Reset grew out of that exploration.
It isn't about becoming someone new or creating a better version of yourself. It's a guided process for rebuilding the relationship you have with yourself so that the way you live, choose, and move through the world begins to reflect who you are rather than who you've been taught to believe you should be.
To support that process, we'll move through four stages, each building on the one before it.
If the relationship you have with yourself was shaped over time, it won't be rebuilt through a single insight or one conversation. Lasting change happens through a process of understanding what happened, questioning what no longer serves you, and learning to relate to yourself in a different way.
The 90-Day Reset is built around four stages that build on one another. Each stage is designed to help you move from understanding how the relationship became fractured to living from a place of greater clarity, self-trust, and stability.

1. The Role vs. Identity Illusion™
What happened to me?
Understand why losing a role, relationship, career, or chapter of life can make you feel like you've lost yourself.
2. The Authority Shift™
Who gets to decide who I am now?
Recognize the voices that have shaped your self-image and begin reclaiming your own inner authority.
3. Living from Reclaimed Identity
How do I live as the person I'm becoming?
Start making decisions, setting boundaries, and creating habits that reflect your values instead of your fears.
4. Becoming Unshakeable
How do I make sure I never lose myself again?
Build a relationship with yourself that remains steady through every future chapter of your life.
The constant self-doubt gives way to a quieter, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
As your relationship with yourself changes, so do the relationships around you. Boundaries become easier. Connection becomes more genuine.
You stop repeating the same patterns and begin creating a life that's aligned with who you are today.
You don't need to have your life figured out before you begin, or need to know exactly what comes next.
You simply need to be willing to look honestly at the relationship you have with yourself and be open to rebuilding it.
If you've been feeling disconnected from yourself, caught in the same patterns, or exhausted by the voice in your head that keeps telling you you're not enough, this work may be exactly what you've been looking for.
For years, I watched people search for confidence, purpose, and self-worth, believing each was a separate problem to solve. The more I listened to people's stories and reflected on my own, the more I began to wonder if they were all pointing to something deeper.
What if the common thread wasn't confidence, identity, or purpose?
What if those struggles reflected the quality of the relationship we have with ourselves?
That question eventually became the foundation of The 90-Day Reset.
Most people try to rebuild by focusing on confidence, motivation, or simply moving on. But lasting change begins somewhere deeper.
It begins by understanding what happened to the relationship you have with yourself.
Because the way you see yourself influences every decision you make, every relationship you build, every boundary you set, and every vision you have for your future.
The 90-Day Reset was created to help you rebuild that relationship.
So you can reconnect with who you've truly are and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.

The 90-Day Reset is intentionally designed to give you both the structure and the support needed to rebuild the relationship you have with yourself over time. This isn't about collecting information or having one meaningful conversation each week. It's about creating the space to reflect honestly, question old patterns, and begin responding to yourself differently as you move through everyday life.
Each week, we'll meet privately on Zoom to explore where you are, what you're experiencing, and what is asking for your attention. Some weeks we'll work through grief or loss. Other weeks, we may uncover beliefs you've carried for years without realizing they were shaping the way you see yourself. Wherever you are in the process, our conversations are guided by the same purpose: helping you rebuild trust in your own inner wisdom and strengthen the relationship you have with yourself.
Between our sessions, you'll continue the work using The 90-Day Reset Client Journal, a guided companion that helps you reflect on what you're discovering, integrate each week's insights, and begin putting them into practice in your own life. Rather than rushing toward change, the journal creates space for the kind of honest self-reflection that lasting transformation requires.
You'll also have support between sessions whenever you need it. Questions don't always arise during scheduled appointments, and meaningful breakthroughs rarely happen on a timetable. Knowing you have someone walking alongside you can make all the difference, especially during seasons of significant change.
Throughout these ninety days, my role isn't to tell you who to become. It's to help you rebuild the relationship that allows you to hear, trust, and follow your own voice again.
Every day we live from a fractured relationship with ourselves, that fracture continues to influence the way we think, the decisions we make, and the life we're creating. We often hope that time alone will change things, but relationships don't heal simply because time passes. They heal because we begin relating to one another differently. The relationship we have with ourselves is no different.
So it's worth asking yourself honestly. What is another year of self-doubt actually costing you? What opportunities have you already delayed because you weren't sure of yourself? What dreams have stayed on hold while you waited to feel certain? And what has it cost you, emotionally, to keep carrying the past on your own?
Because The 90-Day Reset is a highly personalized experience, I work with a limited number of clients at a time so each person receives focused support and guidance
A private conversation gives us the space to talk about where you are, what's been happening, and whether The 90-Day Reset is the right next step for you. There's no pressure and no obligation, just an honest look at what's possible.
