My story did not begin with coaching. It began with a period of my life when everything seemed to be falling apart.
By 2012, I had been divorced for several years. I had experienced repeated job loss. Each setback seemed to create more distance between me and my son. A relationship I had invested deeply in ended suddenly and unexpectedly.
One loss seemed to lead to another.
Eventually, I found myself facing the possibility of losing everything. I was heartbroken, overwhelmed, and exhausted. I felt completely alone.
One night, sitting in that place of despair, I began thinking seriously about ending my life. As I sat there, something happened that I still struggle to explain in purely ordinary terms.
I felt a hand on my shoulder when nobody was there. A calmness settled over me.
The fear, hopelessness, and darkness that had consumed me began to lift.
And I heard a simple message:
"Everything will be okay. You are here for a purpose."
That moment changed the course of my life.
It did not instantly solve my problems. I still had challenges to face. I still had a life to rebuild.
But something fundamental shifted inside me.
For the first time in a long time, I believed there was a reason to keep moving forward.
Over the years that followed, I rebuilt my life one step at a time. Along the way, I discovered that the deepest part of rebuilding was learning to trust myself again.
That journey eventually became Your Purpose-Driven Life.
Today, I help others navigate life's hardest transitions, rebuild self-trust, and create a future they can believe in.
Many people who find their way here are rebuilding after loss, heartbreak, grief, burnout, divorce, or major life change.
I understand that road because I have walked my own version of it. And I believe that even in our most difficult moments, life may be preparing us for something we cannot yet see.

Life transitions change more than our circumstances. They can change how we see ourselves, how we make decisions, and how much we trust our own judgment.
After such times, it is normal to feel uncertain about what comes next.
Some days feel heavy. Some days feel lonely. Some days bring grief, anger, confusion, or questions that do not have easy answers.
Rebuilding self-trust doesn't happen all at once. It happens through small decisions, honest reflection, and choosing to keep going even when the path ahead is unclear.
Over time, confidence begins to return. A steadier sense of self begins to return. Trust in yourself grows again.
You do not have to rush the process. You only have to take the next step.
If life has changed in ways you never expected, I want you to know something: Your story is not over.
No matter what you've been through, it is possible to rebuild yourself, move forward with purpose, and create a future you can believe in.
When you're ready, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
