There were periods in my life where everything familiar started falling apart. Relationships changed. Identity changed. The way I saw myself changed.
I know what it feels like to lose direction, question yourself, and try to rebuild while carrying emotional weight nobody else can fully see.
Over time, I realized healing is not about pretending the pain never happened. It is about understanding yourself more honestly, rebuilding your life intentionally, and learning how to move forward without abandoning yourself in the process.
That realization became the foundation for the work I do today.

Starting over after divorce, heartbreak, loss, or a major life transition can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself in ways other people do not always understand.
Sometimes it feels like grief.
Sometimes exhaustion.
Sometimes anger, confusion, numbness, loneliness, or not recognizing yourself anymore.
Healing is rarely linear, and it takes time.
Rebuilding your life is not about becoming someone completely different, rather learning how to reconnect with yourself honestly, let go of what no longer fits, and move forward in a way that feels more grounded, intentional, and real.
You do not have to rush the process. You just have to keep moving.
If your life has been shaken and you are trying to rebuild yourself in a real way, this may be the right place to start.
